1993 Distinguished Alumni

Douglas M. Crowe graduated from Casper College in 1969, then earned his Ph.D. in zoology from the University of Wyoming in 1974. He was recognized for distinction in wildlife management. Crowe served in the Wyoming Game and Fish Department and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife in Washington D.C. He assisted the Botswana (Africa) Department of Wildlife and National Parks in its efforts to save the African Elephant population.
