1994 Distinguished Alumni

Roxanna Boyles overcame incredible odds to earn accolades in the field of diabetes research. She began her research at age 14 and devoted her life to find a cure for diabetes. Many successes in the area of pancreas/islet cell transplant research are due to her work. Unfortunately, she lost her battle with diabetes at the age of 44. She earned an AA from Casper College in 1971.
